About Me

I’m Shayne Heitzmann—someone who values curiosity, craftsmanship, and doing things the right way, whether that’s in my work or in everyday life.

I’ve always been drawn to understanding how things work and improving them once I do. That mindset carries through everything I take on: learning new systems, building projects at home, or solving problems that don’t have obvious answers.

Outside of work, I’m a husband and dad who enjoys hands-on projects, creative outlets, and lifelong learning. I’m most at home when I’m building something—whether it’s a solution, a system, or a project that didn’t exist the day before.

How I Think

I’m naturally analytical but grounded. I prefer clear communication, practical solutions, and steady progress over quick fixes or shortcuts. I believe reliability matters—showing up prepared, following through, and leaving things better than I found them.

I value calm, respectful environments where people trust each other, take ownership, and work toward shared goals.

Beyond Work

Outside of work, I stay hands-on in everything I do. I enjoy working on my own car — when something goes wrong, I'd rather diagnose and fix it myself than hand it off. That same instinct to understand how things work carries into my growing interest in AI experimentation.

I've been actively exploring what modern AI tools can actually do — using Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini for various projects, generating original songs with AI and bringing them to life using Suno, and creating music videos from those tracks using Sondo. I'm currently exploring building a personalized AI assistant using BuddyPro.

What draws me to all of it — whether it's diagnosing a car problem or experimenting with AI tools — is the same thing: curiosity about how things work and the satisfaction of figuring it out.

I’m curious by nature and always experimenting—whether that’s trying a new idea, improving an old one, or learning something just because it’s interesting.
