About Me

I’m Shayne Heitzmann—someone who values curiosity, craftsmanship, and doing things the right way, whether that’s in my work or in everyday life.

I’ve always been drawn to understanding how things work and improving them once I do. That mindset carries through everything I take on: learning new systems, building projects at home, or solving problems that don’t have obvious answers.

Outside of work, I’m a husband and dad who enjoys hands-on projects, creative outlets, and lifelong learning. I’m most at home when I’m building something—whether it’s a solution, a system, or a project that didn’t exist the day before.

How I Think

I’m naturally analytical but grounded. I prefer clear communication, practical solutions, and steady progress over quick fixes or shortcuts. I believe reliability matters—showing up prepared, following through, and leaving things better than I found them.

I value calm, respectful environments where people trust each other, take ownership, and work toward shared goals.

Beyond Work

When I’m not working, I enjoy:

• Hands-on projects and problem-solving

• Learning new technologies and creative tools

• Spending time with family and pets

• Exploring creative outlets like music, writing, and building things from scratch

I’m curious by nature and always experimenting—whether that’s trying a new idea, improving an old one, or learning something just because it’s interesting.
